1. End User License Agreement (EULA)
YoFly Crew grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the YoFly Crew mobile application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. This application is licensed, not sold, to you for use strictly in accordance with the terms of this license.
2. Account Eligibility & Verification
By using YoFly Crew, you agree to provide truthful and accurate registration and verification information. Our platform is designed for flight crew members (pilots, flight attendants, and aviation professionals across all commercial, charter, regional, and cargo airlines).
3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (YoFly Pro)
YoFly Crew offers optional auto-renewable premium subscriptions ("YoFly Pro") to unlock advanced features including unlimited voice translation, extended marketplace listings, live FAA airport delay alerts, and priority crashpad discovery:
- Subscription Titles & Pricing:
- YoFly Crew Pro Monthly: $9.99 per month with an initial 14-day free trial.
- YoFly Crew Pro Annual: $99.00 per year with an initial 14-day free trial (equal to $8.25/month billed annually).
- Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Payment & Renewal: Payment is charged to your Apple ID (or Google Play account) upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your device Account Settings (e.g., Apple ID Settings > Subscriptions) after purchase.
4. Community Conduct & Content Standards
Users are expected to maintain professional conduct within community discussions and all communication features. Harassment, hate speech, abusive behavior, and unauthorized commercial spam are strictly prohibited.
5. Marketplace & Peer-to-Peer Transactions
YoFly Crew provides the platform for the Crew Marketplace and crashpad discovery but is not a party to individual transactions between users. We recommend verifying identities and meeting in safe, public locations for all exchanges.
6. Termination & Account Deletion
You may delete your account and associated data directly at any time inside the app via Settings > Delete Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms of service or safety standards.
