1. Zero Tolerance Policy on Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

YoFly Crew (developed and published by YOFLY CREW LLC) enforces a strict, absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are uncompromisingly dedicated to maintaining a safe, professional digital ecosystem.

2. Prohibited Content and Behaviors

Any and all forms of child sexual exploitation and abuse are strictly prohibited on YoFly Crew across all application features, including direct messages, public feeds, community forums, crew marketplace listings, crashpad posts, profile pictures, and voice dictation channels. Prohibited actions include, without limitation:

• Uploading, creating, storing, sharing, transmitting, or facilitating access to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any visual/written depictions of child sexual abuse.
• Child grooming, predatory solicitation, sexual harassment, or attempting to communicate with minors for sexual or inappropriate purposes.
• Child trafficking, sexual exploitation, or endangerment of any kind.
• Using sexually suggestive, explicit, or inappropriate language or media concerning minors.

3. Active Moderation, Prevention & Account Enforcement

YoFly Crew is designed as a verified network strictly for credentialed airline personnel and aviation professionals. To ensure total platform safety:

• Verification Controls: All registered members undergo employment verification and moderation checks.
• Automated & Human Moderation: We employ automated content filters and 24/7 human moderation review to flag and intercept illicit content or suspicious activity.
• Instant Account Termination: Any user found attempting to distribute CSAM or engage in CSAE will face immediate, permanent account termination and IP/device banning.

4. Reporting In-App Violations

Users can report any concerning content, message, or profile directly within the YoFly Crew application:

• Tap the Report or Flag icon on any chat message, community post, or marketplace listing.
• Select Child Safety Violation or Inappropriate Content.
• Our Safety & Trust Team reviews prioritized safety reports immediately.

5. Escalation to Law Enforcement & NCMEC

In full compliance with federal and international child protection laws, YoFly Crew cooperates fully with global law enforcement agencies. When potential Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or CSAE is identified:

• We immediately remove and preserve all relevant digital forensic records.
• We file a formal report with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline.
• We refer critical safety threats to competent local, federal, and international law enforcement agencies.
